A renovation is not a cosmetic refresh. It is a content-preserving full recreation of the website you already have, set up to do the job your business actually needs. The eight steps below run on every renovation, at every price point in the published range.

1. Online Presence Report.

The same complimentary report we give every prospect. We score your current website, your Google Maps Business profile, the directories you are listed on, the social profiles, and where you sit against your top three competitors. You see what is working, what is broken, and what is worth keeping. Yours, free. Yours to keep. Even if you decide not to go ahead.

2. URL audit and equity mapping.

Every page on your current website inventoried before anything live changes. The pages that already rank, the pages that bring you backlinks, the pages your buyers actually use — all identified and protected before any URL changes. This is the step most agencies skip. It is the reason most redesigns tank the rankings the business had on the old site.

3. Redirect mapping with 30-day monitoring.

A proper redirect for every URL that changes. Google’s crawl gets caught and re-pointed at the new pages before rankings drop. We monitor the redirects for the first thirty days after launch as standard — and extend the window when your site has a lot of URL changes. This is what protects what you already have.

4. Theme and plugin replacement on a clean WordPress build.

The site is recreated from the ground up on WordPress on a managed setup — fast, light, easy to update, easy to hand to another developer if you ever need to. No bloated theme stack. No twenty plugins that contradict each other. A clean foundation that does not need patching every month.

5. Content rewrite for how buyers actually search in 2026.

We rewrite the content on every page so it answers what your buyers are searching for now — including the questions they are typing into ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overview and Perplexity, not just Google search. WEEK 1

URL audit and equity mapping.

Every page on your old site inventoried. The pages that rank, the pages that bring links, the pages your buyers actually use — all identified and flagged for protection. The redirect plan is written before any URL changes.

Week 2 –4

Recreate on a clean WordPress foundation.

We recreate the site on a clean WordPress setup. New theme and plugin stack, no inherited bloat. We rewrite the content for how buyers actually search now — including the questions they are typing into AI tools.
Page titles, page descriptions, headings, internal links and the technical structure that helps Google and AI tools read the site all recreated from scratch.

WEEK 5 – 6

Launch with the redirect plan and Google Maps reconnection.

We launch the new site behind a redirect plan that catches Google’s crawl and re-points it at the new pages before rankings drop. The Google Maps Business profile is audited and reconnected. Redirects monitored for the next thirty days as standard. Small adjustments and bug fixes for the first thirty days after launch are at no extra cost.
